I installed the Full Driver & Software Package, but some applications were not installed. I am experiencing issues sending a fax. How do I know which receive mode to select?. Confirm that a FAX I sent was received correctly. Colours are light or faint on the whole page. 
Coloured streaks or bands down the page. Coloured spots at 94 mm (3.7 in.) intervals or at 24 mm (0.9 in.) intervals. 
When I try to scan using ControlCenter4 or ControlCenter3 for Windows, I receive the error message "Error CC3-202","Error CC4-202", "Error CC3-205" or "Error CC4-205". When I try to scan to OCR I get the message "This feature is not available because there is no OCR Softwareinstalled". When I send a fax from the machine, an error "not register." or "not registered." is displayed.

When I run the Firmware update tool or the I-FAX install tool, the "Program failed to run" message appears on my PCscreen. When I install the drivers, Norton AntiVirus displays a Security Alert that a medium risk application "xxxxx.exe is attempting toconnect to a DNS server". I try to configure "Common Name" using the IP address but cannot access the Print Server in Safari with SSL after Icreated a CSR or a Self-signed Certificate (macOS). I still receive the error message "Replace DrumX" or "Drum End SoonX" after I replace the drum unit with a newone. I keep getting the error message "Authenticate Err (Authentication error)". I just replaced the toner cartridge and the LCD continues to display the message "Toner Life End" or "ReplaceToner". I cannot scan via network getting the error "CC031" or "MTW012". I cannot repair the wired or wireless connection using the Network Connection Repair Tool (Windows). I cannot attach scanned data to my email application, or the default email application is not set (CC4-121). Calibrate or Calibration Failed or Calibration. "Offline" appears on the Status Monitor.
